1. We have suspended access to the file server hosted by Amazon S3. We are currently migrating to a new platform.
2. We have backed up user files. Please use this contact form to request access to your files.
3. We will then send your files via email, or upload the files to Google Drive.
What kind of files should I store here?
We suggest that you store files that are relevant to your product and the importing process. This can include the following files:
Product specification files
Quality inspection reports
Lab test reports
Note that using this file folder is optional. Also, note that currently you can only upload files that are smaller than 10 Mb each, and have one of the following extensions: jpg, png, gif, zip, pdf, jpeg, ai, eps, doc, docx, xls, xlsx. Please send an email to email@example.com if you have technical issues related to the uploads.
Who can access these files?
The files you upload into this folder can be accessed by the support team at Chinaimportal.com. You should not upload any files you don’t want us to have access to. In addition, you can use the following functions:
a. Guest uploads: Enable suppliers, service providers, or other team members to upload and download files.
b. Email sharing: You can share files with suppliers, service providers, or your own team members via email. A secure download link will be sent via email. For security reasons, the links expire after 5 days.
Note that the emails are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. Thus, make sure to mention your name and email address in the email message.
Our platform is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private.
All uploaded files are stored on an Amazon S3 cloud server.
We do not offer insurance or other forms of compensation due to data losses caused by a data breach, hacking, natural disaster, war, IP theft or other events. Further, you must have backup files stored outside of this file space in case any of the mentioned scenarios occur.
